[ James's anxieties are somewhat smoothed by Rose's casual tone. She always was so steady--a huge part of what got him to stop being a raging asshole MOST of the time. He swallows and asks the next question like he's trying to defuse a bomb. ]

I've only traveled through the time the normal going forward way, but it really hasn't been very long at all.

[Not by Rose standards, anyway.]

Oh I can come and pick you up, I just have to get the caravan set up. I've been a bit of a homebody these last few months!
